Whoa!! It’s been a while since I last updated here…
Buys, busy, busy… busy at work, bust at home… busy trying to teach Riyan. He just doesn’t seem to be able to sit still to do his homework. You see, Riyan is now in Nursery. Technically 4-year-old level of education but he just turned 3 last Dec so I gave myself some self-convincing that he’s still younger than his cohort and that he’ll catch up in his homework soon.
Well, his homework is not compulsory to complete but we’d want him to practise.
If it’s a Friday, it’ll be:
My mom: Riyan, come and do homework.
Riyan: Today Friday, cannot do homework. Can only do on Saturday.
Ok, fine. Bargain no.1.
Come Saturday…
My mom: Riyan, come and do homework.
Riyan: Not now. Later at night can do.
Bargain no. …
Come night-time…
My mom: Riyan, it’s night. Do your homework.
Riyan: Awww… it’s already night-time…. I want to sleep.
And he’ll just doze off. AAAARRRRRRGGGGHHH!!!!! Anak, anak….
