A 3-room HDB. A 3 room HDB terrace. *sign...!* Missed looking at these little croonies when i was shopping for a house 7 years back. More likely didn't chance upon them then. Couldn't psycho my cousin who got a flat in Tampines to buy one... I so Love the HDB terrace.... but the prices are getting too exorbidant!
