We LOVE KL! Is there a souvenir t-shirt that says it all?
Last minute annual leave. It was so last minute that we had to opt for Aeroline. Then again, it was not an option. Its the ONLY option. Didn't want to take budget airline. Wanted to initially... but colleagues warned me against it.
Aeroline was ok, just a few hiccups on the way to KL. TV was not working, food was not so nice... so i slept and just plugged into my iPOD shuffle. And the journey began.
Chose Corus since Aeroline alights passengers there. It was not a bad hotel. Just that it really needed a major make-over to its exterior. Hotel interior was normal, nothing special. But it lacked the hotel smell that i like. Nurul though it was fine... i thought my neighbour's house smelled more like a hotel than Corus did. Anyway, we got a family room, with a huge balcony on the ninth floor. Not bad... could see KLCC close up. Corus was only slightly less than 5 mins walk to KLCC... very very accessible to all parts of KL... and it provided a free shuttle to Chinatown and Pavillion... YAYYY!!!!!
