Riyan also started his first day of school yesterday. Like always, he didn't want to wake up for school. Same 'ol Riyan. The lure? To allow him to bring his toy car to school to play with Helmi.
He is feeling all grown up too. Cos his teachers and Mudarissahs reminded his class that they are in Kinder 1 and no longer in Explorer or Challenger. Plus, his new class is on the second floor. Of course, he is elated! It's going up the stairs! Going up the stairs means you are THE big boys and girls of the school.
Now that he's without Nurul at school, he tends to make an effort to remember what the school served him during break-time and what teachers told him.
But... (there's always a but). Pa fetched him yesterday. Pa saw him chewing something big. Pa asked him and he said it was a meatball. MEATBALL?!!!!? From when? He said from break-time. He kept it at the side of his cheek throughout class till end of session. eeeewwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!
And today i forgot to remind his teachers to insist that he finish chewing all his food before going back to class.
